The "why" of venturing is all about how your venture makes money and how you grow value in your business. Business modelling builds the investment case for your venture and keeps it up-to-date as the venture evolves. It addresses the question of why any investor, including the founder, should invest time, energy, emotion, capital and resources into the proposed venture. Through business modelling we also understand the assumptions, dependencies and risks inherent in your venture and how reducing uncertainty will grow value.

For established businesses and start-ups that have already raised capital, we structure our terms around fees as for regular consultants and interims. We are keen to discuss risk share arrangements if these are of interest to you.
For start-ups before financing, where cash affordability is critical, we are keen to discuss an arrangement based on founders' equity. Our approach to structuring remuneration both incentivises us and means you retain flexibility until we have proven our value to you. We expect to receive fees once financing has been closed.
